Terms and Conditions
General
These Terms and Conditions apply to the «Pole Camp Fuerteventura», which will take place from 21 to 28 February 2027.
Registration
Registration for the «Pole Camp Fuerteventura» must be completed via the registration form on the website www.pole-camp-fuerteventura.ch. Registration is legally valid and binding even without the participant’s signature. By registering, the participant confirms that they have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
For participants under the age of 18, the written consent and signature of a legal guardian or authorised representative is required.
The registration deadline is 15.12.2026. The early-bird discount applies until 15.10.2026. The number of participants is limited.
Services and Costs
The prices valid at the time of registration apply. Prices are quoted per person in EUR. The participation fee includes the services specified in the booking. The camp packages include accommodation with breakfast, workshops including studio transfers, as well as a welcome dinner and a farewell dinner. The «Pole & Surf Package» additionally includes two surf lessons, surf spot transfers and equipment hire. The packages without accommodation do not include accommodation or studio transfers. Organising these is the responsibility of the participant.
Travel to and from Fuerteventura, as well as any additional travel and meal expenses, are not included. Additional services may be booked by arrangement and will be charged separately.
No reduction or refund is available for late arrival or early departure from the camp.
Payment
An invoice will be sent by email within two weeks of registration. A deposit of 30% is due upon registration and must be paid within 30 days of the invoice date. If the deposit is not paid on time, any discounts granted (e.g. early-bird discounts) will be forfeited.
The remaining balance must be paid no later than 15.12.2026.
Cancellation
If a participant is unable to attend the «Pole Camp Fuerteventura», they are entitled to nominate a replacement participant at the same time as submitting their cancellation. Such a transfer is subject to a rebooking fee of EUR 130.
If no replacement participant can be provided, the following cancellation charges will apply. We also reserve the right to release the participant place.
Cancellations must be submitted in writing. The cancellation fee depends on the date on which the cancellation is received:
Until 30.11.2026 30% of the total costs
From 1.12.2026 to 31.12.2026 75% of the total costs
From 1.1.2027 until the start of the camp 100% of the total costs
We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.
Changes / Cancellation of the Event
Changes to the programme (e.g. due to the cancellation of a guest instructor) may occur at any time and cannot be ruled out. In such cases, equivalent alternatives will be sought.
The minimum number of participants is eight. If fewer registrations are received, we reserve the right to cancel the camp by 31.10.2026. Participants are advised to take this into account when planning holidays and booking flights.
We also reserve the right to exclude participants from the camp in justified cases. This applies in particular to repeated or serious breaches of these Terms and Conditions, behaviour that disrupts the camp or other participants, or failure to pay the participation fee on time. In such cases, there is no entitlement to a refund of payments already made.
Force Majeure
In the event of force majeure, official orders, natural disasters, pandemics or other unforeseeable, extraordinary circumstances beyond the organiser’s control that significantly hinder or make the camp impossible to conduct as planned, we reserve the right to cancel, postpone or modify the event. In such cases, no claim for damages shall arise. Payments already made will be refunded on a pro-rata basis depending on the feasibility of running the camp in an amended form.
Copyright and Usage Rights for Photographs and Videos
During the «Pole Camp Fuerteventura», participants and instructors may be photographed or filmed. These videos and images may be copied, shared and used free of charge for documentation, marketing and social media purposes.
By registering for the «Pole Camp Fuerteventura», the participant expressly agrees to the use and publication of photographic and video material. This consent may be withdrawn at any time with effect for the future. Content already published (e.g. on social media) remains unaffected.
Liability
Participants in the «Pole Camp Fuerteventura» expressly acknowledge that no liability whatsoever is accepted for damages of any kind. Participation in the camp, including all workshops and side events, is at the participant’s own risk. Participants are solely responsible for any injuries, accidents, health impairments or damage to property. No liability is accepted for theft or loss of personal belongings.
The organiser’s liability is excluded to the extent permitted by law. Liability for gross negligence or wilful misconduct remains reserved.
Any illnesses, injuries or complaints must be communicated to the instructors before the start of the course without being requested.
Participants are responsible for ensuring that they are physically and medically fit to take part in the camp activities. If in doubt, medical advice should be sought before participation. We accept no responsibility for health risks associated with participation.
Participants are responsible for arranging adequate insurance coverage (accident, personal liability and international health insurance).

Certain programme items or additional services (e.g. surfing lessons) are provided by external partners or service providers. We accept no liability for services carried out by third parties. Responsibility for the content, safety and execution of such services lies with the respective providers.
Data Protection
The participant agrees to the collection, processing and use of the personal data required for the performance of the contract and to the disclosure of such data to third parties for the intended purpose. The participant may withdraw this consent at any time. In such a case, the data will be deleted after the transaction has been completed in full.
